Today was originally scheduled to be the last team run of the off-season. I was a little sad, not because it was the last run, but because we didn’t have the day off because man, I really wanted to sleep in for Easter. While it was an “optional” practice, it was also “highly recommended” and I would’ve felt bad sleeping while the rest of the team was at practice.
Fortunately! Through a joint effort, Gavin was persuaded to allow us to replace the run with a different kind of activity: ultimate frisbee!
My blogging has fallen shamelessly off the bandwagon and was stressing me out because I felt pressured to post when I was feeling lazy so I have decided to only post sporadically when I feel like it and thus not have to feel guilty about neglecting it.
I felt like today warranted a post and I’m going to write it right away so I don’t procrastinate and then forget about it and then never ending up actually posting it.
Today we had our final off-season fit test before the water season starts!

Yeah, um, I’m not very good at estimating how many parts a series should have.
Chapter 3: Anything and Everything.

We got so much thrown at us on just the first day of racing, if I didn’t do things in chronological order, I wouldn’t know where to start. Also I ended up having too much to write about, so I had to add more parts to this series.
Chapter 2: Rainchina.
I’m sensing a theme here. Just sayin’.
Chapter 1: Raincouver.
Rainy. Wet. Rainy. Cold. Rainy. Dark. And rainy.
I know this post is quite late and I haven’t posted in a long time. School has been very busy (trying to get a paper out!) and I just haven’t had the time.
The last day of Nationals was also the last day of the 2015-2016 season. There was good, there was bad, and there was complicated.
And there was a protest.
More on that later.
